Does Stager Rewards.com feature all the furniture Fashion carries?
No, this site is designed to only feature the inventory currently available for rent. We figure why show you furniture you can't have... But, if you're a stager who has used a particular piece previously and want to see if it will be ready by your desired delivery date, just call Customer Care and we'll take a deeper look for you. Also, if there's a particular style or piece you're looking for that you don't see, contact Customer Care at 800-235-9030 and we'll see if there's something not currently showing.
Does Adding Furniture to My Cart Reserve It?
No, adding furniture to your cart/quote does not reserve it, nor does it guarantee that it will be available at the time your quote is converted to a lease. The inventory displayed is available on a first come, first serve basis. To ensure your quote is converted in it's entirety, please contact Customer Care immediately after submitting your quote.
What if I don't have enough time to finish my quote?
No Worries! This site was designed with your busy schedule in mind. After you submit your quote (finished or not), you'll get a unique quote number. When you come back to the site, enter it on the "Create a Quote" page, and pick up where you left off! In addition, if you have your cookies enabled, your unique quote code will auto-populate when you return to the site.
How come this site doesn't apply my Stager Rewards Discounts, as well as any other fees & deposits?
Stagerrewards.com was designed to be a fun tool to visually display Fashion Furniture Rental's extensive inventory, and help home stagers and customers build quotes on their own time and in the comforts of their own home or office. As mentioned above, the furniture you select will sometimes be reserved before your quote is confirmed. So, when your quote is received and reviewed for availability, a Customer Care Representative will discuss available discounts (Stagers - see "Stager Rewards" tab to the left), transportation fees, as well as our optional Customer Protection Program.
How quickly can this quote be converted to a lease agreement and delivered?
Based on the time you submit your request, route space availability, and how quickly you can return all necessary paperwork, we can typically deliver within 24-48 hours. If you need immediate delivery, it is strongly recommended that you follow up your quote submittal with a phone call.
Our next day delivery cut-off is at 11AM the day prior to delivery. Our normal delivery days and hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. If you need any special delivery times or days, please contact Customer Care for more information.
What if my desired lease length is not shown as an option?
The lease lengths shown as options are what Fashion typically offers. If you plan on renting for a period of time not represented, simply check the lease term that would precede your desired lease term. Once a lease has reached its term, it extends on a month-to-month basis until you call for a pick-up (15 day notice required).
Are there minimum monthly rental rates?
Yes, based on your lease term, there are certain minimum rental values that need to be met. 1 Month: $1,500/mo. 2 Month: $750/mo. 3 Month: $300/mo. 6 Month: $225/mo. 12 Month: $185/mo.
What if I have special instructions?
Just let us know in the "Comments" section when submitting your quote. Let us know any pertinent information including the name of a Fashion Representative who has been helping you (if applicable), good times to follow up with you, urgent deliveries, etc.
